Sveza recognized again as one of Russia’s top employers
RBC’s evaluation of leading employers assessed 380 companies across 40 criteria, including workplace conditions, compensation, career development opportunities, and corporate culture. Sveza was placed in the top tier of the ranking, entering the list of Russia’s Top 50 employers and standing out as one of the 20 leading industrial companies.
A major factor behind this recognition is Sveza’s people-focused approach. The company provides safe, modern working environments, steadily increases salaries, offers structured training and mentoring programs, and creates clear career paths. Supporting employee initiatives is also a cornerstone of the corporate environment: active grant programs enable the implementation of social and volunteer projects in the regions where the company operates.
In addition, Sveza was recognized in Forbes’ Best Employers in Russia ranking, which evaluates over 200 companies on Environmental (E), Social (S), and Governance (G) criteria. Sveza Group was awarded Gold status.
Since 2019, Sveza has been implementing an ESG strategy focused on improving resource efficiency, reducing environmental footprint, developing local communities, and enhancing quality of life. Over this period, the company has invested billions of rubles in green energy, circular bioeconomy projects, education, healthcare, and sports infrastructure.
Irina Kazantseva, Organizational Development and Human Resources Director at Sveza, commented:
“Being included in RBC’s Top 50 and receiving Forbes Gold reflects our consistent efforts both for our teams and the communities where we operate. We are building an environment where people can work and grow comfortably, and we see firsthand how employee engagement drives growth and positive change.
