Highway construction won't freeze even under a severe climate
In 2014, amendments were made to the "Russian Transport Infrastructure Development 2010-2020" federal initiative, stating that highway construction rate must increase twice. However weather and climatic conditions quite often interrupt plan performance, in particular such as deep freeze common to the major part of Russia. Nonetheless, the modern materials and technologies allow to work even below zero, which offers a hope to fulfill the President's initiative in due time.
